Got to love this guy in Brian Donohue's video from the political trail in New Hampshire. The guy isn't into politics, even with Chris Christie right behind him, but he sure is into Beer and Hot Sauce. Hmm, if only there was an upcoming Craft Beer and Hot Sauce Festival on LBI for him to attend.

All we know is that the community center is something that many of our year round neighbors came to depend on. We hope that progress can continue and something that fills the needs of the community does get built.

Sutton reports that his confirmed rental bookings are up 40 percent over the same period from last year with the hundreds of properties he has listed. Other agencies at the Shore have noted year-to-date increases between 20 percent and 40 percent over last March.
