Jim H at Outdoor Arena @AsburyParkPress gives a mention about the fishing in Mill Creek today
/Our guests love spending time out on the pier. Always fun for kids and adults alike to throw a line into the bay and see what's biting. We're on Manahawkin Bay, which Mill Creek empties into. So even though Jim talks about Mill Creek in Beach Haven West we think that's close enough to us to get a mention on the blog.
“Andy noted there have been periodic bluefish blitzes on the beach of fish 3-6 pounds on both bunker and metal lures at the north end of LBI. He says the white perch fishing on Mill Creek in Beach Haven West seems to get better every night with the fish getting bigger.”
A well thought out Mill Creek Community center is important for BHW
/There is an article in this week's Sandpaper about the progress of the Mill Creek Community Center rebuild. All we know is that the community center is something that many of our year round neighbors came to depend on. We hope that progress can continue and something that fills the needs of the community does get built.
